There are 3 residences. Westwood, Hollywood and North Hollywood.
All of our residences are close to the city and walking distance from public transportation.
Public transportation can get you anywhere you need to go in Los Angeles.
Amenity
All of our residences are fully furnished, with sofas, dining table, free WiFi, beds, linens, desks and a fully equipped kitchen (with a rice cooker, cooking appliances, a fridge, and dishes).
We also provide a TV and Netflix as well!
Westwood Area
Next to UCLAWestwood where UCLA and MLI is nearby.
This is one of the most famous areas, located between Santa Monica and Beverly Hills. This area is very accessible to other parts of L.A.
Brockton – 1301 Brockton Ave – Los Angeles
The Brockton Residence is between Santa Monica and Westwood. It is a 2-minute walking distance to the downtown Westwood area. This residence is one of the newest builings. It is a very safe area, with elementary schools nearby
